McDonald Toyota – Greeley is seeking a results‑driven service/advisor role to join our northern Colorado team. This full‑time position combines service guidance with sales opportunities in a fast‑paced dealership setting in Greeley, CO.

You will greet customers, present maintenance recommendations, follow up for approvals, coordinate with technicians, and strive for high customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Qualificações

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• 1-3 years of progressive experience in auto service is preferred but not required.
• Consistent record of service and sales success.
• Strong record of positive customer satisfaction results.
• Team-oriented and self-motivated.
• Able to work independently.

Responsabilidades

• Greet customers and guide them through the service process with confidence, professionalism, and a focus on building long-term relationships.
• Present maintenance and repair recommendations clearly, with the goal of increasing closing ratios and maximizing service sales.
• Consistently follow up with customers for approvals and updates, creating urgency, and trust through timely communication.
• Collaborate with technicians to ensure accurate diagnoses and estimates are conveyed to customers.
• Own the customer experience from drop-off to delivery, ensuring every interaction ends with satisfaction and repeat business.
• Track performance metrics like sales totals and closing ratios to drive continuous improvement.

This role is commission based. Average compensation for this position is $50,000 with top performers earning $120,000

Experience & Qualifications Needed:
