Quality Equipment, LLC in Carthage, NC is seeking a Service Advisor for our John Deere dealership. You will field customer inquiries, open and manage service work orders, update customer profiles, and assist technicians with parts and loading.

A strong focus on accuracy and customer service will drive daily success across the service department. Preferences include basic accounting knowledge, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and a high school diploma.

Qualificações

• Basic knowledge of accounting practices.
• Ability to use standard desktop applications (Microsoft Office).
• Knowledge of office procedures.
• General understanding of mechanical/technical terms is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent experience.
• Ability to operate forklift.
• Good understanding of local conditions and machinery values.
• Self-starter with good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Agricultural background preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Fields internal and external customer inquiries for the Service Department.
• Opens work orders, maintains control until closed and invoiced.
• Updates customer profiles using equipment, hours, or other information from the customer work orders.
• Maintains service accessories and supplies and prepares replacement orders when necessary.
• Prepares warranty and/or product improvement submissions.
• Assists customers with mower or equipment loading/unloading when necessary.
• Performs other functions or duties as directed by management in-line with the dealership's objectives.
• Close and process RO’s for payment when needed.
• Assist technicians and provides parts service including parts lookup and MD orders.
• Assists on the parts counter when necessary.
• Assists with loading/unloading trucks when necessary.
• Assist in staging equipment and maintaining the lot for easy customer pickup and delivery.
