GLOBAL PACIFIC SUPPORT is excited to announce an opening for a bilingual Service Advisor proficient in both English and Spanish. In this pivotal role, you will serve as a key point of contact for our diverse clientele, ensuring effective communication and delivering outstanding customer service. Your proficiency in both languages will help bridge any communication gaps, fostering strong relationships with our customers and enhancing their service experience.

Responsibilities
  • Assist customers in both English and Spanish, addressing their vehicle service needs and inquiries.
  • Assess and document customer concerns, providing clear and accurate service recommendations in both languages.
  • Schedule and manage service appointments efficiently, ensuring optimal workflow within the service department.
  • Create comprehensive estimates and work orders based on customer requests and technician input.
  • Communicate service progress and updates to customers in a timely manner in both English and Spanish.
  • Collaborate closely with technicians to ensure the completion of repairs to the highest standards.
  • Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally and promptly.
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions, service requests, and resolutions.
  • Stay informed about the latest automotive trends and technology through ongoing training and development.
Minimum Requirements
  • Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar customer service role within the automotive field is preferred.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, both spoken and written.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both languages.
  • Strong commitment to customer satisfaction and service excellence.
  • Able to multitask and efficiently manage time in a busy environment.
  • Understanding of automotive services and repair processes.
  • Proficient in using computer systems for scheduling and record-keeping.
  • Attention to detail, with a focus on quality and efficiency.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and contribute to a positive work environment.
  • Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends as required.
