What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Demonstrate empathy and patience while assisting students and faculty over the phone
- Manage and resolve client issues for assigned customer accounts
- Document information accurately in a web-based ticketing system
- Navigate knowledge bases to identify resolutions for client issues
- Participate in internal training programs to expand knowledge and support multiple clients
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bilingual in written and spoken Spanish and English (equivalent to CEF C1 level or above)
- High School diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Strong computer knowledge with the ability to type at least 25 words per minute
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Some level of college completed
- 1 or more years of customer service or contact center experience
- Previous experience in the education industry and e-learning technologies
