Position Overview: As a Service Advisor, you will present, consult, and sell automotive warranty products and repair services to customers professionally, adhering to manufacturer schedules and company policies. Building rapport with customers to promote satisfaction and retention is key.

Responsibilities:

1. Greet customers promptly and obtain vehicle information.
2. Advise on vehicle care and maintenance according to manufacturer specifications.
3. Provide accurate estimates for repairs.
4. Communicate repair completion times to customers and technicians.
5. Handle incoming service calls and schedule appointments.
6. Follow up with customers to encourage repeat business and improve CSI.
7. Adhere to warranty guidelines and legal requirements.
8. Maintain integrity and meet company and manufacturer goals.
9. Safeguard customer, company, and manufacturer information.
10. Manage a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
11. Provide excellent customer service and demonstrate strong communication skills.

Qualifications:

• Previous automotive Service Advisor experience preferred.
• Minimum age of 18 years and valid driver's license.
• Ability to pass pre-employment screening.
