Devils Lake Cars in Devils Lake, ND is seeking a dedicated service supervisor to oversee the flow of the Service Department, ensure prompt, courteous, and effective service, and take ownership of the customer experience from intake to review.

You will allocate daily technician time, balance workload, and mentor a frontline team in a family-owned dealership that rewards hard work, growth, and a positive attitude. This role emphasizes teamwork, accountability, and professional presentation.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years experience in a Quick Lane or service department environment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage others and balance workloads.
• Willing to undergo background check and drug testing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee flow of the Service Department.
• Ensure customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.
• Take ownership of the customer's experience and ensure positive impressions.
• Provide concierge support for owner inquiries, in person or by phone.
• Manage daily technicians' time to align with service demand.
• Distribute work between technicians efficiently.
