Position Overview

We are looking for an exceptional, multi-talented Customer Service Representative / Service Advisor to become the operational backbone of our office.

This is nota routine, transactional desk job. This is not an easy slow-moving day. This is not a punch-in/punch-out watch-the-clock type job. It is a highly specialized, niche role that requires you to wear many hats simultaneously. You will serve as the primary bridge between our customers, insurance providers, and technicians.
