Bob Bell Hyundai in Glen Burnie, MD is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join a busy Service Department. The role emphasizes customer interaction, accurate reporting, and coordination of vehicle maintenance and invoices.

The ideal candidate will have proven customer service results, prior service-advisor experience, and a strong work ethic. This full-time position offers a competitive salary with growth opportunities within a multi-dealership network.

• Past experience as a Service Advisor, Assistant Lane Manager or Service Consultant is a must

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly
• Obtain customer and vehicle information
• Clearly report all vehicle symptoms as described by the customer
• Determine and recommend needed maintenance base on age, mileage and history of vehicle
• Prepare a complete and accurate estimate of cost for labor and parts
• Establish follow up time
• Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day, and updating customers frequently
• Verify that the final invoice reconciles with the work performed on the repair order
• Explain all completed work and charges to customers

Experienced preferred

Salary Range is $50,000-$95,000 (possibly negotiable based on experience and work performance).

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly
• Obtain customer and vehicle information
• Clearly report all vehicle symptoms as described by the customer
• Determine and recommend needed maintenance base on age, mileage and history of vehicle
• Prepare a complete and accurate estimate of cost for labor and parts
