As a Service Advisor, you’ll greet customers, assess needs, propose inspections, provide fair price quotes, and uphold Cavender’s standards of integrity and service. Growth opportunities are available within our dealership family.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED is required.
• Must be energetic, enthusiastic and team oriented.
• Must be skilled at listening, problem solving and communication.
• Submit to and successfully complete MVR, background check, and pre-employment drug test.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and professionally.
• Determine customer's primary concern and review additional maintenance needs.
• Offer a no-cost vehicle condition inspection to every customer.
• Give and document fair, competitive, transparent price quotes.
• Handle customer complaints promptly and resolve to the customer’s satisfaction.
• Establish and maintain great customer relationships that encourage repeat and referral business.
• Work as a team player and uphold the company's standards of professionalism and integrity.
• Other duties as assigned.
