Olympia Kia is seeking an experienced and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our service team. As the liaison between customers and technicians, you will document concerns, provide estimates, and communicate timelines to ensure timely service.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor in an automotive dealership or repair facility.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle systems and maintenance procedures.
• Exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Must be 18+ with a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
