Responsibilities

• Oversee service orders and flow of Drive Lane to ensure prompt, courteous service.
• Take ownership of the customer experience and complete assignments that leave a positive impression.
• Provide concierge support for owner inquiries by phone or in person.
• Ensure technicians' time is effectively sold to service customers and manage daily schedule of the service department.
• Distribute work among technicians and explain technical issues, warranties, services, and repairs to customers.
• Maintain customer happiness scores at or above company standards.
