Job summary

Holman Audi San Diego is seeking a Service Advisor to greet customers, assess repair needs, and provide accurate estimates for vehicle work. You will communicate prognosis, schedules, and warranty details, ensuring satisfactory service and facilitating timely maintenance decisions.

Ideal candidates have service advisor or dealership experience, a valid driver’s license, and a clean MVR. Holman offers comprehensive benefits and a supportive, inclusive workplace culture shaped by The Holman Way.

Qualifications

• Service Advisor experience is highly preferred.
• Dealership experience is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean MVR (or minimal violations).

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers to determine their need for vehicle repairs.
• Meet & greet customers with courtesy and efficiency.
• Write up service needs and provide the customer with an accurate estimate for the dollar amount and completion time of work.
• Communicate effectively with the customer, to achieve satisfactory repairs, sale of necessary repair or maintenance to vehicles.
• Maintain knowledge of warranty and service/insurance policies.
• Keep the customer informed and advise the customer of the prognosis of their vehicle.
• Call customers to set appointments and answer telephones in a timely manner.

What will you do?

Pay:

We offer competitive wages that are commensurate with job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and geographic location. This is a commission eligible role, and employees can expect to earn an average of $3,000-$10,000.month with earning potential based on your personal performance.
