Job summary

Holman Fort Washington Audi is seeking a skilled Automotive Technician to join our team. You will perform repairs per repair orders, diagnose malfunctions, and road-test vehicles to ensure quality, adapting to evolving automotive diagnostics.

We offer a sign-on bonus up to $10,000 based on qualifications, relocation assistance, and a comprehensive benefits package for full-time employees, including health, vision, dental, life, 401(k) with company match, PTO and paid holidays.

Qualifications

• Audi/VW experience is highly desired.
• Minimum of 2+ years of dealer-level or large facility experience.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to undergo and satisfy background requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership and factory standards.
• Diagnose cause of any malfunction and perform repair.
• Maintain leading-edge knowledge of automotive diagnosis technology, digital manuals, and reference materials.
• Keep shop area neat and clean, and be able to account for dealership tools at all times.
• Road-test vehicles to ensure of quality repair.
• Adapt to rapidly changing technologies in the automotive industry, as well as in the diagnostics arena.

Pay: We offer competitive wages that are commensurate with job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and geographic location, starting in the range of $20.54 - $27.21 USD per hour.
