Job summary

Teton Toyota, a member of the Teton Auto Group, is seeking a Service Porter to support the service department’s day‑to‑day operations. This role includes transporting customers, assisting service advisors, and helping with vehicle prep to ensure a smooth workflow.

You will work with a team that values honesty, integrity and customer care, and you must be able to lift 50+ pounds, pass a background check and drug test. This is a full‑time role with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license and pass background/drug tests.
• Customer service experience and a team attitude are essential.
• Must be physically capable of lifting 50+ pounds and standing long periods.

Responsibilities

• Transport customers to and from the dealership within the area.
• Assist Service Advisors with checking in customers and vehicles.
• Vacuum and assist in the washing process of customer vehicles.
• Check in rental cars and support service team to ensure smooth operations.

Job Summary:

This position supports general operations of our service department in a variety of tasks to help the day to day pace of the dealership. This may include but is not limited to the following responsibilities.

Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Transporting customers to and from dealership within the area.
• Assisting Service Advisors with checking in customers and their vehicles.
• Vacuuming and assisting in washing process of customer vehicles.
• Check in Rental Cars.
• Various other responsibilities to assist service advisors in providing an excellent customer experience.

Skills / Items Required:

• To perform this job successfully, this individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactory.
