Job summary

Teton Auto Group in Idaho Falls is seeking a Service Porter to support the service department and maintain a smooth daily workflow. You will be responsible for essential tasks that keep operations running efficiently.

Responsibilities include transporting customers, assisting service advisors, cleaning vehicles, and checking in rental cars, along with other duties to ensure an excellent customer experience. Teamwork and reliability are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License
• Team player attitude
• Customer service oriented
• Excellent follow through skills
• Previous Customer Service experience
• Must pass a background check and drug test
• Be able to lift 50+ pounds
• Be able to be on your feet for long periods

Responsibilities

• Transporting customers to and from dealership within the area.
• Assisting Service Advisors with checking in customers and their vehicles.
• Vacuuming and assisting in washing process of customer vehicles.
• Check in Rental Cars.
• Various other responsibilities to assist service advisors in providing an excellent customer experience.

Job Summary
