Job summary

Teton Toyota, a member of the Teton Auto Group, is seeking a Service Porter to support the service department and help maintain smooth daily operations at our Idaho Falls location.

You will transport customers, assist service advisors, clean vehicles, and check in rental cars, all while delivering an outstanding customer experience and upholding safety standards.

Qualifications

• Must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
• Valid Driver’s License is required.
• Team player attitude and customer service oriented.
• Excellent follow through and communication skills.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Must pass a background check and drug test.
• Be able to lift 50+ pounds.
• Be on your feet for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Transporting customers to and from dealership within the area.
• Assisting Service Advisors with checking in customers and their vehicles.
• Vacuuming and assisting in washing process of customer vehicles.
• Check in Rental Cars.
• Various other responsibilities to assist service advisors in providing an excellent customer experience.
