At Performance Honda Fairfield, we are seeking an experienced Service Advisor/ASM with at least three years in the field. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional assistance for light maintenance and repair services, offering sincere guidance to customers. Join us to create outstanding experiences for every client!

• $55,000.00 to $75,000.00 annually (experience-based)
• Hours are Monday - Friday, 7 am to 5 pm
• Alternating Saturdays, 8 am to 3 pm (closed Sundays)

Minimum Requirements

• Maintain customer satisfaction scores at or above district goals
• Efficiently receive and process customer vehicles
• Maintain constant communication with service technicians
• Call customers with diagnostic results and recommendations
• Sell technician recommendations
• Communicate authorized recommendations with a "promise time" for work completion
• Promptly notify customers when their vehicle is ready
• Notify customers of delays before the promised pickup time
• Close all repair orders and review with customers at pickup

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Service Writer experience preferred
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Computer literacy
• Effective time management skills
• Basic understanding of automotive maintenance
• Positive, energetic attitude
• Valid driver’s record for operating customer and company vehicles
