Inconceivable Automotive in Raleigh, NC is seeking two experienced Service Advisors. This sales-driven role focuses on building trusted customer relationships, communicating repair needs, and guiding customers through recommendations with digital inspections.

You’ll work in a modern, independent shop environment that emphasizes honesty, transparency, and teamwork, with a rotating schedule and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive service advisory or sales.
• Strong communication and customer relation skills.
• Ability to explain complex repairs and build trust.

Responsibilities

• Create an exceptional customer experience from initial contact through vehicle delivery.
• Build genuine, long-term relationships with customers.
• Listen carefully and document customer concerns accurately.
• Review technician findings, photos, videos, and digital inspections.
• Build and present repair estimates using established pricing and procedures.
• Explain what the vehicle needs, why it needs it, and what should be prioritized.
• Confidently ask customers for repair authorization.
• Follow up on declined work and future maintenance opportunities.
• Keep customers updated throughout the repair process.
• Coordinate with technicians and the team to keep work moving.
• Set realistic expectations and communicate when circumstances change.
• Follow established processes and take ownership when things don’t go as planned.
