Chapel Hill Tire in Raleigh, NC, is seeking an Automotive Service Advisor to be the friendly face guiding customers through their car care needs. You'll blend people skills with sales sense to recommend services and keep the shop moving.

This role emphasizes growth, training, and teamwork. You’ll work with technicians and parts staff across our Triangle locations, with a compensation plan that includes hourly pay, commissions, and bonuses.

Qualifications

• No automotive experience necessary, but appreciated.
• Sales/customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to work with the general public.
• Strong multitasking and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.
• Handle and prioritize phone calls, in-person customers, and communication with technicians.

Pay: Hourly + Commission + Bonuses = Annual Compensation of $50,000-$85,000+ (Top Advisors Can and do Earn More, pay incentive for ASE's as well or we can help you get them!)
