Job summary

NAPA AutoCare seeks a Senior Automotive Service Advisor in Raleigh, NC. Earn $70,000–$105,000 annually with hourly + commission, weekly pay, and a Monday–Friday schedule, no weekends.

You will greet customers, document concerns, build estimates, obtain authorizations, and manage repair orders end-to-end with a focus on education and long-term relationships. Tekmetric and ShopGenie experience are preferred; ASE reimbursement offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of automotive Service Advisor experience.
• Experience creating and presenting repair estimates and obtaining customer authorization.
• Strong relationship-based sales and customer service skills across multiple channels.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and document vehicle concerns.
• Build repair estimates and present recommendations.
• Obtain authorizations and manage repair orders to completion.
• Coordinate workflow with technicians and management; update customers.
• Maintain accurate repair orders and parts information.
