Job summary

Fyda Freightliner, Pittsburgh, Inc. in Cranberry Township, PA, is seeking an Experienced Service Advisor. You will greet customers, gather repair details, review warranties and generate repair orders for dispatch.

You will communicate updates on repairs, obtain authorizations, and assist with department workflow and office organization while maintaining composure under pressure.

• Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and maintain composure.
• Ability to work independently and to meet deadlines.
