Job summary

Fyda Freightliner Pittsburgh, Inc. seeks an experienced sales-focused candidate to join the parts department as a full-time representative. You will engage customers on-site, pursue new sales opportunities, and coordinate with service and DPS teams to resolve issues and drive growth.

Responsibilities

• Acts as an external representative of Fyda Freightliner through the parts department with customers.
• Solicits sales and maintains relationships with assigned customers via site visits, phone calls, and email/text.
• Maintains positive customer experience by handling warranty, returns or core parts and sharing truck sales opportunities with the sales department.
• Coordinates with the service department to resolve service issues and grows the customer base.
• Attends training seminars and performs customer sales calls with vendors.
• Supports inside sales by sharing customer information and works closely with Delivery Parts Sales (DPS).

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent required, with knowledge of truck/auto components.
• Excellent communication skills and must speak English.
• High school business math.
• Knowledge of and ability to work on a computer.
• General mechanical aptitude.

Physical Requirements

Physical demands: Must be able to walk, stand, kneel, crouch, reach and lift. Operate a Fyda vehicle in a safe and responsible manner and in compliance with Fyda policies.
