You will diagnose and repair commercial trucks, access information via diagnostic tools, and maintain strong customer relationships. This role emphasizes team collaboration, professional representation of the company, and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced service department.

Qualifications

• 1-5+ years' service / fleet maintenance experience; previous truck service skills preferred but not required.
• Able to manage techs in the service department.
• Provide customer service and long-term relationship building.
• Excellent communication skills.
• CDL license or willingness to obtain CDL in 6 months.
