Responsibilities

• Deliver parts to customers and service bays.
• Handle warranty, return and core parts.
• Relay service related issues to appropriate teams.
• Share information on new or used truck interests.
• Prospect new sales opportunities within the designated territory.
• Attend training seminars.
• Support inside sales as needed.
• Assist with parts pulling.
• Share customer information with team members.
• Work closely with Outside Parts Sales (OPS).

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to walk, stand, kneel, crouch, reach and lift.

• Operate a Fyda vehicle in safe and responsible manner and in compliance with Fyda policies.
