Job summary

Infiniti of Wilmington is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join our growing team in Wilmington, NC. You will manage repair orders from start to finish, communicate needs and status to customers, and collaborate with technicians, parts and service management to keep a busy service lane moving.

Qualifications

• Automotive Service Advisor experience preferred.
• Franchise/OEM experience is a plus.
• Strong sales and customer service skills.
• Excellent communication and follow-through.
• Organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• Must pass background check and drug screening.
