Job summary

Keeler Motor Car Company in Southwest Connecticut is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to guide customers through the service and repair process while delivering an exceptional guest experience.

The ideal candidate is customer-focused, organized, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, team-oriented luxury dealership environment; CDK experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of automotive Service Advisor experience
• Strong knowledge of automotive service and repair
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Luxury automotive experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and consult with them regarding vehicle service and repair needs
• Write and manage repair orders accurately
• Recommend maintenance and repairs based on manufacturer guidelines and vehicle needs
• Communicate clearly with customers regarding estimates, recommendations, and repair status
• Work closely with Technicians and Service Management to ensure timely vehicle completion
• Maintain strong customer relationships and follow up after service
• Meet or exceed customer satisfaction, sales, and performance goals

Our dealership serves as the main resource for the highly popular and luxurious Mercedes-Benz vehicles across the Capital Region. About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join our luxury automotive dealership in Southwest Connecticut. The Service Advisor is responsible for guiding customers through the service and repair process while providing an exceptional guest experience and ensuring the needs of both the customer and the dealership are met.

The ideal candidate is a professional, customer-focused, and organized individual who can thrive in a fast-paced service environment.
