Keeler Motor Car Company in Ridgefield, CT, is seeking a Client Advisor Assistant to support one of our senior Client Advisors in a fast-paced luxury automotive sales environment.

You’ll assist with client communication, coordinate vehicle deliveries, and help ensure a premium BMW experience for every customer. Prior customer service or sales exposure is a plus, with opportunities to grow in automotive sales.

• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Ability to remain organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and follow-through.
• Customer service, hospitality, or sales experience is a plus.
• Interest in developing a career in automotive sales.

Responsabilités

• Assist with day-to-day client communication and follow-up.
• Coordinate appointments, vehicle deliveries, and sales tasks.
• Communicate professionally with clients by phone, email, and in person.
• Maintain accurate client and vehicle information.
• Support the Client Advisor throughout the sales process.
• Help ensure each client receives an exceptional BMW experience.
• Learn the luxury automotive sales process from an experienced advisor.

This is a unique opportunity for someone interested in building a career in automotive sales. You’ll work directly alongside one of the top BMW Client Advisors by sales volume in the region and gain hands‑on experience in the luxury automotive sales process.

What You’ll Do:

• Assist with day-to-day client communication and follow-up
• Help coordinate appointments, vehicle deliveries, and sales-related tasks
• Communicate professionally with clients by phone, email, and in person
• Assist with maintaining accurate client and vehicle information
• Support the Client Advisor throughout the sales process
