Our dealership serves asthe main resource for the highly popular and luxurious Mercedes-Benz vehicles across the Capital Region. In the early 1970’s the dealership grew as we expanded with BMW and Honda. The six-man operation flourished. Fast-forward to today, we have added Mini, Alfa-Romeo, the Keeler Quality Pre-Owned Center, Collision Center, a Full-Service Body Shop, and a Detail Department. Even with all this growth, over 50 years later, we are still a family owned and operated business that has kept its core values right from the start.

Lexus of Westport is seeking an experienced, customer-focused Service Advisor to join our luxury service team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy building lasting customer relationships, and are passionate about delivering an exceptional ownership experience, we'd love to meet you.

As a Service Advisor, you'll serve as the primary point of contact between our customers and service department, ensuring every visit is professional, transparent, and exceeds expectations.

What You'll Do

• Greet customers promptly and provide an outstanding service experience
• Listen to customer concerns and accurately document repair requests
• Recommend maintenance and repair services based on manufacturer guidelines
• Prepare estimates and explain recommended repairs clearly
• Communicate with technicians throughout the repair process
• Keep customers informed with timely updates on vehicle status
• Review completed repairs, invoices, and maintenance recommendations upon delivery
• Help achieve department CSI, productivity, and sales goals

Qualifications

• Luxury dealership experience is a plus
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Computer proficiency; CDK experience is a plus
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
