Findlay Hyundai in St. George, UT is seeking a motivated Service Advisor to join our busy service drive. You will greet customers, collect vehicle information, report symptoms, and communicate progress with customers throughout the day.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of dealership experience, a strong focus on customer satisfaction, and a positive, honest attitude. We offer a competitive pay plan, bonuses, training, and full benefits.

• Two - Three Years Dealership Experience is HIGHLY PREFERRED
• Proven record of achieving exceptional Customer Satisfaction
• Great Attitude, Honesty, Ethical with the highest of integrity
• Previous customer service experience

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly in a friendly manner
• Obtain customer and vehicle information
• Provide excellent customer service to all customers
• Clearly report all vehicle symptoms as described by the customer
• Establish follow up time
• Communication skills
• Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day, and updating customers frequently
• Explain all completed work and charges to customers
