Job summary

A&L RV Sales is seeking a Service Advisor to join our growing team in Tennessee. You will initiate and process repair service requests and provide administrative support to the Service Department while keeping customers informed about work progress.

This role focuses on assessing customer needs, recommending add-on services, providing price estimates prior to scheduling, and maintaining clear communication throughout the repair process.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of service experience preferred.
• Experience with RV products or camping lifestyle.
• Proficient computer use and internet searches.
• Excellent organizational and follow-up skills.
• Ability to follow department procedures and policies.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.
• May lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs. with assistive devices.
• Prolonged periods of standing, stooping, crawling, and bending.

Requirements

What You'll Need to Have for the Role:
