Job summary

A&L RV Sales is seeking a Service Advisor to join our growing team in Henry Crossroads, Tennessee. You will initiate and process requests for repair services and provide administrative support to the Service Department while keeping customers informed about work progress.

Responsibilities include identifying customer needs, recommending add-ons, preparing installation estimates, and maintaining clear communications throughout the service journey.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of service experience preferred.
• RV product or camping lifestyle experience.
• Ability to work daily on a computer and perform internet searches as needed.
• Excellent organization and follow up skills are required.
• Valid driver's license preferred.
• May lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs. with assistive devices.
• Prolonged periods of standing, stooping, crawling, and bending.
