Job summary

A&L RV Sales in Johnson City, TN is seeking a Service Advisor to join our growing team. You will initiate and process repair requests and provide administrative support to the Service Department while keeping customers informed of work progress.

You will determine product needs with customers, suggest add-on services to increase transactions, and provide price estimates prior to scheduling appointments. A valid driver’s license is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of service experience preferred.
• Previous RV product or camping lifestyle.
• Ability to work daily on a computer and perform internet searches as needed.
• Excellent organization and follow up skills are required.
• The ability to follow department procedures and policies.
• Valid driver's license preferred.
• May lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs. with assistive devices.
• Prolonged periods of standing, stooping, crawling, and bending.
