• Establish follow up time.

• Verify that the final invoice reconciles with the work performed.
• Explain all completed work and charges to customers.

Summary

We are seeking a Ford Service Advisor to join our dynamic team atBenna Auto Center, LLC. In this role, you will be responsible for directly communicating with guests regarding vehicle repairs/maintenance and working with technicians to provide solutions that best suit vehicle needs. Your contributions will be vital in maintaining our high standards of service and efficiency.

Pay:

• Starts at $50,000 salary with additional compensation opportunities!

Hours of operation:

• Monday - Saturday 8:00A.M. - 5:00 P.M.

Service Advisor Responsibilities:

• Greet customers promptly

• Obtain customer and vehicle information

• Clearly report all vehicle symptoms as described by the customer

• Determine and recommend maintenance base on age, mileage and history of vehicle

• Prepare a complete and accurate estimate of cost for labor and parts

• Establish follow up time

• Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day, and update customers frequently

• Verify that the final invoice reconciles with the work performed on the repair order

• Explain all completed work and charges to customers

• Previous experience at a Ford dealership
• Past experience as a service advisor, assistant lane manager or service consultant
