Marvin K. Brown Auto Center is seeking a friendly and organized Service Advisor to join our team in sunny San Diego. You will oversee service orders, guide customers through the service journey, and ensure a positive experience from intake to completion.

Ideal candidates are self-motivated, have strong communication skills, a clean driving record, and are willing to undergo pre-employment checks. Join our family-owned shop with opportunities for advancement and excellent benefits.

Responsibilities

• Oversee service orders and flow of Drive Lane. Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.
• Take ownership of the customer's experience by carrying out those additional assignments that allow the dealership to leave a positive impression with the customer.
• Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether phone or in person, to assure the customer does not get mishandled.
• Ensure the daily inventory of technicians' time is consistently sold to service customers.
• Answer questions about vehicle problems, warranties, services, and repairs.
• Maintain high level CSI scores
• Maintain good working relationship with factory(s) and foster positive employee relations.
