Holman is seeking a Service Advisor for AutoPark Honda to join our team. You will prepare service estimates, sell maintenance services, schedule appointments, and communicate with customers throughout repairs.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, experience with CDK or Reynolds and Reynolds software, and at least one year in a service-advisor role. We offer comprehensive benefits and a supportive, inclusive culture.

Responsabilidades

• Prepares service estimates and sells routine maintenance/repair services; conducts follow-ups on unsold services and customer inquiries.
• Performs opening and closing responsibilities.
• Schedules appointments, answers phones and collects funds for services performed.
• Predicts completion time and communicates with customer during repair process.
• Assists with coordinating alternate transportation, rental car reservations, shuttle, etc.
• Sells needed maintenance services and related parts to customers.
• Identifies customer requests; conducts a complete vehicle walk around; presents multi-point inspection results.
• Recommends needed maintenance services and related parts; delivers vehicles with detailed explanations.
• Writes complete, accurate repair orders; provides estimated cost analysis of repairs and maintenance.

Job Duties

• Prepares service estimates, sells routine maintenance/repair services and conducts follow-ups regarding unsold services and customer inquires
• Performs opening and closing responsibilities
• Schedules appointments, answers phones and collects funds for services performed
• Predicts the time needed for completion and stays in constant communication with the customer during the repair process
• Assists with the coordination of alternate transportation, rental car reservations, shuttle etc.
• Sell needed maintenance services and related parts to customers
• Identify customer requests
• Conduct a complete vehicle walk around
• Present multi-point inspection results to customers
• Recommend needed maintenance services and related parts
• Conduct a detailed active delivery of each vehicle
• Make appropriate prospecting and follow-up contacts with owners
• Provide outstanding customer service in accordance with dealership policies
• Write complete, accurate repair orders in accordance with dealership and manufacturer policies
• Provides estimated cost analysis of automotive repairs and routine maintenance.
• Provide in-depth information on original equipment manufacturer (OEM) part options

Education and/or Training

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Intermediate skills in CDK or Reynolds and Reynolds software

Relevant Work Experience

• 1 year experience working in a service advisor or express service advisor capacity
