Job summary

Midas Fair Oaks is hiring in-shop professionals to be the face of the shop, greeting customers and listening to their concerns. You will write repair orders using the RO Writer system, explain inspections and repairs clearly, and present financing options to help customers decide.

Progression opportunities include moving into Workflow Manager or Area Leadership roles. This is a full-time, in-shop position with a clear path for growth within the business.

Compensation & Package

• Competitive base hourly pay ($20 minimum/hr DOE) Bonus cap at $125K
