Job summary

Cavender Auto Group is seeking a customer-focused Service Advisor in Rockwall, TX to greet customers, listen to concerns, and document vehicle symptoms to determine service needs. You will obtain detailed information and clearly explain recommended services and costs, while keeping customers informed of progress throughout the repair process.

Ideal candidates are energetic, motivated, and punctual, with a clean driving record and willingness to undergo a background check and drug screen.

• Greet customers warmly and promptly upon arrival.
• Listen attentively to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle symptoms.
• Obtain detailed customer and vehicle information to effectively address service needs.
• Clearly explain the recommended services and associated costs to customers.
• Establish follow-up times and keep customers informed of the progress of their vehicle throughout the service process.
• Update customers frequently, ensuring transparency and building trust
• Monitor the progress of each vehicle in the service pipeline and coordinate with the service team for efficient workflow.
• Prioritize and communicate service needs to the technicians
• Explain all completed work to customers, detailing the services performed and any additional recommendations.
