Blue Compass RV in Redding, CA is seeking a Service Advisor to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive service department success. You will be the main contact for customers from check-in to completion, guiding them through service needs with a sales-driven approach.

The role requires clear communication, accurate estimates, and the ability to upsell additional services while maintaining empathy and professionalism.

THE ROLE: The Service Advisor plays a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experience while driving service department success. This position serves as the primary liaison between customers and technicians ensuring clear communication, accurate service recommendations, and efficient workflow.

We are looking for a sales‑minded professional who can confidently guide customers through their service needs, identify additional opportunities, and handle challenging situations with professionalism and care.

$16.90‑$18.00 per hour + commission.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong sales mentality with the ability to recommend and close additional services

• Proven ability to navigate customer concerns and service recovery situations with confidence and professionalism
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast‑paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and follow‑up skills
• Solid computer skills and ability to navigate service systems
• Team‑oriented mindset with the ability to work closely with technicians and leadership

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

• Minimum of 1 year of service advisor, automotive, or related experience preferred
• Previous RV or camping lifestyle experience is a plus
• Automotive or service industry background preferred
• Strong customer service and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to work daily on a computer and perform internet searches as needed
• Valid driver’s license required
