Job summary

DC Automotive Omaha is seeking a friendly, organized, and experienced Service Advisor to join our team. You will be the communication bridge between our technicians and clients, ensuring excellent customer service. The role includes greeting customers, writing repair orders, and managing service schedules.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a Service Advisor or Service Writer in the automotive industry preferred.
• Friendly and professional demeanor.
