Mullinax Ford in Mobile, AL is seeking a Service Advisor to deliver exceptional customer service, guide clients through repair estimates, and coordinate with technicians to ensure timely service of vehicles.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must have professional appearance
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
• Basic vehicle knowledge
• Basic computer, email, and internet proficiency
• Able to bend, kneel, squat, stand, and lift heavy objects as needed
• Able to withstand exposure to adverse weather conditions, chemicals, odors, dirt and dust
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid Driver’s license with an acceptable motor vehicle driving record according to dealership guidelines
• Must be able to pass background screening and drug test

Responsibilities

• Set and prepare for appointments with customers
• Greet and consult with customers regarding applicable vehicle repairs and maintenance
