Job summary

Leo Martin Chevrolet in Lake Jackson, Texas, is seeking an experienced Automotive Service Advisor to join its busy service department. You will greet customers, clearly communicate service needs, and manage repair orders from start to finish in a fast-paced, supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a Service Advisor in an automotive dealership preferred (Chevrolet/GM experience a plus).
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Strong understanding of vehicle systems and maintenance requirements.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Dealertrack DMS experience is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner, building trust from the first interaction
• Clearly communicate vehicle service needs based on technician recommendations and inspection reports
• Provide accurate estimates and timelines for repairs and maintenance
• Manage repair orders from start to finish, keeping customers informed throughout the process
• Coordinate with technicians and parts department to ensure timely and efficient service delivery
• Upsell appropriate maintenance and service packages to enhance customer safety and satisfaction
• Maintain high CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) scores and support a positive dealership reputation
