Job summary

McDonald Nissan in Highlands Ranch is seeking a motivated sales/service advisor to guide customers through the service process and present maintenance recommendations to increase service sales.

The role emphasizes building long-term relationships, follow-ups, and collaboration with technicians to ensure accurate estimates and exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• 1 - 3 years of progressive experience in auto service is preferred but not required.
• Consistent record of service and sales success.
• Strong record of positive customer satisfaction results.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and guide them through the service process with confidence, professionalism, and a focus on building long-term relationships.
• Present maintenance and repair recommendations clearly, with the goal of increasing closing ratios and maximizing service sales.
• Consistently follow up with customers for approvals and updates, creating urgency, and trust through timely communication.
• Collaborate with technicians to ensure accurate diagnoses and estimates are conveyed to customers.
• Own the customer experience from drop-off to delivery, ensuring every interaction ends with satisfaction and repeat business.
• Track performance metrics like sales totals and closing ratios to drive continuous improvement.

Experience & Qualifications Needed:
