Job summary

McDonald Toyota in Greeley, CO is seeking a service-driven professional to greet customers, guide them through the service process, and present maintenance recommendations to increase service sales.

You will own the customer experience from drop-off to delivery, collaborate with technicians for accurate estimates, and track performance to drive improvements. A valid driver’s license and 1–3 years in auto service are preferred but not required.
