Junge Ford North Liberty is seeking a Service Advisor to greet customers, collect vehicle information, and report symptoms. You will prepare labor and parts estimates, communicate progress, and ensure invoices reflect work performed. Ford dealership experience is a plus, and a positive, energetic attitude is essential.

Qualifications

Responsabilités

• Verify final invoice reconciles with work performed.
• Explain all completed work and charges to customers.

Service Advisor Responsibilities:

• Greet customers promptly

• Obtain customer and vehicle information

• Clearly report all vehicle symptoms as described by the customer

• Prepare a complete and accurate estimate of cost for labor and parts

Service Advisor Requirements:

• Previous experience at a Ford dealership is a plus

• Ability to identify the problem quickly

• Proven record of achieving exceptional customer satisfaction

• Past experience as a service advisor, assistant lane manager or service consultant

• Very energetic personality
