Freightliner of Hartford is looking for a Full Time Truck Service Advisor/Writer to be the face of our service department when it comes to working with our customers on needed repairs. We are a Class 8 Truck Dealership in East Hartford, CT that specializes in repairing Freightliner and WesternStar Trucks along with other makes and models. Here is your chance to join the team at our well-established, family-owned & operated dealership group that has been in business since 1996!

This position is responsible for the following

• Greeting customers
• Preparing repair orders
• Interacting with technicians on needed repairs
• Verifying warranty and service contract coverage
• Developing estimates & more

Position Requirements

• Service Advisor/Writer experience (2-3 years)
• Heavy Truck Service experience is strongly preferred
• Good communication and problem solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• CDK knowledge is preferred, but not a requirement
