Job summary

Norm Reeves Toyota Dallas is seeking a Service Advisor who greets guests in the Service drive, communicates empathetically about their vehicle, and offers solutions and added services to guests.

You will prepare detailed repair orders after initial inspection, provide timely follow-up, analyze quality reports, and process transactions to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.

As aService Advisor, you’re one of the most important team members atNorm Reeves Toyota Dallas. You’re responsible for creating a super Norm Reeves location service experience for our guests and using your communication skills to build the bridge between guests and technicians.

Your work will ensure our guests leave 100% satisfied with the Norm Reeves location experience. This role is a great way to kick start your career with us!

What You’ll Do:

• Greet guests as they arrive in the Service drive
• Communicate empathetically with guests about their vehicle
• Offer solutions and added services to guests
• Prepare detailed repair orders after initial inspection with exact instructions, making special note of primary concern(s) from the guest
• Provide timely follow-up progress of each repair order and contact guests with repair changes
• Analyze quality control reports and maintain a high Customer Service Index Score
• Process monetary transactions

What You’ll Need:

• Full time availability. You’ll also need to be at least 18 years old.
• A valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
• Creative, positive, team player attitude
• Ability to analyze situations and make win-win business decisions
• Honesty, empathy, and exceptional communication skills
• Leadership skills in team-based and independent settings
