Sullivan Tire & Auto Service in Canton, MA is seeking a Service Advisor focused on customer service to greet customers, assess needs, and provide tire and automotive service information.

You will schedule appointments, explain product options, and help build a loyal customer base while contributing to a friendly, team-oriented store environment. The role values a high school diploma, retail customer service experience, and strong telephone skills; automotive knowledge is a plus.

Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers, fulfill needs, and build a loyal customer base.
