Sullivan Tire & Auto Service in Peabody, MA is seeking a Service Advisor to deliver courteous customer service and guide tire and auto service needs. The role focuses on greeting customers, understanding their needs, and building a loyal customer base.

The successful candidate will schedule appointments, provide product information, and support customers with their tire and auto service requirements. Prior retail customer service and strong phone skills are valued at our employee-owned shop.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Customer service experience in a retail environment.
• Strong telephone skills.
• Understanding the tire and auto service industry is a plus.
• Dependable Transportation.
• A proven sales track record in an automotive environment is a plus.
