Key Responsibilities:

  1. Greet customers warmly and assess their vehicle service needs, providing expert advice and recommendations.
  2. Listen to customer concerns and accurately document their vehicle issues, ensuring all information is conveyed to the service technicians.
  3. Prepare detailed service orders and cost estimates, explaining recommended services and associated costs to customers.
  4. Coordinate with service technicians to ensure timely and accurate completion of vehicle repairs and maintenance.
  5. Keep customers informed throughout the service process, providing updates on the status of their vehicles.
  6. Manage customer appointments, ensuring efficient scheduling and minimizing wait times.
  7. Review completed work with customers, explaining repairs and services performed, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  8. Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
  9. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Hyundai vehicles, service procedures, and warranty policies.

Qualifications:

  1. Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar customer service role within the automotive industry.
  2. Strong understanding of automotive maintenance and repair processes.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Ability to explain complex technical information to customers in a clear and concise manner.
  5. Proficient in using dealership management software and basic computer applications.
  6. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  7. A customer-focused attitude with a commitment to providing top-notch service.
  8. Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  9. High school diploma or equivalent required; additional technical training is a plus.
