Blue Compass RV in Fort Lauderdale is seeking a Service Advisor to join our team. This role focuses on delivering an exceptional customer experience while guiding service needs with a sales-driven approach.

You will provide accurate repair estimates, communicate with technicians, and identify upsell opportunities. The position offers salary plus commissions and strong earning potential in a performance-driven environment.

THE ROLE:

The Service Advisor plays a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experience while driving service department success. This position serves as the primary liaison between customers and technicians ensuring clear communication, accurate service recommendations, and efficient workflow.

We are looking for a sales-minded professional who can confidently guide customers through their service needs, identify additional opportunities, and handle challenging situations with professionalism and care.

This is a salary + commission-based role, offering strong earning potential for individuals who thrive in a performance-driven environment. $60,000-$80,000 average

What You’ll Do

What You Can Bring To The Table

• Minimum of 1 year of service advisor, automotive, or related experience preferred
• Previous RV or camping lifestyle experience is a plus
• Automotive or service industry background preferred
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work daily on a computer and perform internet searches as needed
• Valid driver’s license required
